Welcome to our Programs

MyPlan2Live is a real‑world journey—not a polished fitness fantasy. It’s built for men over 50 by someone who started exactly where you might be right now:

  • Out of shape

  • Carrying extra weight

  • Juggling a full‑time job

  • Squeezing in workouts in my garage.

This series follows my own transformation in real time as I lose weight, rebuild strength, and regain confidence right alongside you. We begin with simple, doable movements and gradually increase the duration and intensity as your body adapts. The meal plan is practical, balanced, and designed for real life—not perfection. I’m not a trainer or a fitness model. I’m just a regular guy who decided to change his life, and MyPlan2Live is the path I created to make that change possible for both of us.
