What to expect for Week 1

​week 1

The only thing we will implement on Week 1 is that we will NOT drink any sugary drinks.  ​

  • No soft drinks

  • No sugary juice or sports drinks

  • No Iced coffee drinks with lots of sugar

  • No Cals 1hr before bedtime

​

Our goas is to drink at least 2 liters of water daily, and get all of our calories through food, not drinks.

What to expect for Week 2

​week 2

  1. No sugary drinks

  2. No Cals 1hr before bedtime

  3. Increase water intake to 3 liters daily

  4. Introduce 5 servings of fruit & veg daily

Leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables are best.  Cooked is OK, but raw veg are fantastic.

  1. No sugary drinks

  2. No Cals 2hrs before bedtime

  3. Increase water intake to 3 liters daily

  4. Introduce 5 servings of fruit & veg daily

  5. Intermitten fasting

    • 16 hr fast - 8hr eating window​
