What to expect for Week 1
The only thing we will implement on Week 1 is that we will NOT drink any sugary drinks. ​

No soft drinks

No sugary juice or sports drinks

No Iced coffee drinks with lots of sugar

No Cals 1hr before bedtime

Our goas is to drink at least 2 liters of water daily, and get all of our calories through food, not drinks.

What to expect for Week 3

No Cals 2hrs before bedtime

Increase water intake to 3 liters daily

Introduce 5 servings of fruit & veg daily

Intermitten fasting

16 hr fast - 8hr eating window​
